By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

3. Products & Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, but cannot guarantee they are error-free.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example if an item is out of stock, priced in error, or we suspect fraudulent activity — and will refund you in full if we do. A contract is formed once we send you a dispatch confirmation email.

5. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

6. Delivery

Dispatch and delivery timeframes vary by product and supplier, since many items are sourced through specialist suppliers rather than held in our own warehouse. Timeframes shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees, though we'll always deliver within 30 days of your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 unless otherwise agreed. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy for full details. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

7. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. See our Shipping & Returns Policy for how to do this.

8. Faulty or Damaged Goods

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us at info@muttandmingle.co.uk and we'll sort a repair, replacement, or refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Mutt and Mingle and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mutt and Mingle shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products, except where this would be unlawful to exclude.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
