Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?
It depends a bit on the item, since we work with a few specialist suppliers rather than one big warehouse — standard UK delivery usually lands within 3–7 working days of dispatch. Check the product page for a more specific estimate.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard UK delivery on orders over £50. Below that, standard delivery is £4.99, or £6.99 for express. You'll see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the UK. International shipping may be available in the future — sign up to our newsletter to stay updated.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase (which is more generous than the legal 14-day minimum). Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us at info@muttandmingle.co.uk to initiate a return.

How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days back to your original payment method.

Products

Are your products safe for pets?
Yes. We carefully select all products with pet safety in mind. If you have specific concerns, please contact us before purchasing.

Which pets do you cover?
Dogs, cats, small pets — rabbits, hamsters and guinea pigs — birds, and aquatics. Five corners of the shop, one for each of our mascots: Mutt, Mingle, Nibbles, Squawks and Bubbles.

Do you sell your own merchandise?
Not yet — Mutt & Mingle branded bits are in the works. The newsletter is the first place we'll announce it.
