Shipping & Returns Policy

Dispatch

Many of our products are sourced through specialist suppliers rather than held in our own warehouse, so dispatch times can vary by item. As a general guide, most orders are dispatched within 2–5 working days; items from overseas suppliers may take a little longer, and estimated timing is shown on the product page where possible. In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, we'll always deliver your order within 30 days of purchase unless we've agreed a different timeframe with you directly.

Delivery

  • Standard UK Delivery: 3–7 working days from dispatch
  • Overseas-sourced items: up to 20 working days from dispatch

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. If your order includes items from more than one supplier, they may arrive as separate parcels on different days — we'll let you know if this applies to you.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard UK delivery: £4.99 per order
  • Free standard UK delivery: on orders over £50
  • Express UK delivery: £6.99 per order

All delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, and you have a further 14 days after cancelling to send the item back. Beyond this, we also offer a longer 30-day returns window as standard — see below.

Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided items are:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@muttandmingle.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you've received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@muttandmingle.co.uk and we'll make it right at no extra cost to you — this doesn't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
